Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee an allotment. The House reviews requests before requesting the reservation payment. Production and dispatch dates must be confirmed for the applicable release before a delivery commitment can be made.

International orders and customs
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and customs requirements can depend on the destination and shipment. Responsibility for these charges and the importer of record must be confirmed for the applicable order; no fixed landed cost is promised on this page.
Delays or delivery issues
